- 1 16 oz box pasta, any shape
- 1 24 oz bottle red pasta sauce, any kind
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- Drizzle of truffle oil
- Shaved parmesan
- 2 packed cups fresh arugula
Cook pasta in salted water until al-dente. Drain and set aside. Simmer pasta sauce in a pot along with red pepper flakes. Remove from heat, add fresh basil, and stir until basil is wilted. Scoop into bowls and top with truffle oil, shaved parmesan, and arugula.
