I love going back to recipes I know will work (85% of the time or more) because...well...they turn out well 85% of the time or more. The Spicy goat cheese pasta is one of these dishes. I made it almost the same way, but used pipette pasta instead of spaghetti, mushrooms instead of roasted red bell pepper, and Sriracha instead of red pepper flakes. Also, I stirred in some Pecorino romano cheese at the very end and garnished it with fresh arugula.
