Cinnamon-Raisin muffins with Blueberry preserves and fresh Strawberries

I got these 100-calorie whole wheat cinnamon-raisin muffins this week. They are probably delicious on their own with a little butter, but I toasted them and added blueberry preserves (a gift from my lovely friend Rose) and fresh strawberries to make them even better. We rounded out breakfast with a sunny-side up egg (seasoned with crushed red pepper, dried parsley, salt, and pepper) and a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows. Perfect start to a Saturday morning.
