Kheema sandwiches with Arugula

I made my kheema sliders last weekend when our friends S, B, and K came over. We had some leftover ground beef from the kheema, so I re-heated it in the microwave, grilled up some onion bread, and piled the beef on top of the bread with arugula and a little bit of my cilantro-honey-lime dressing. A great leftover lunch.
