Balsamic-Basil Asparagus

Made this for me and hubbs after an afternoon nap. I love weekends.


  • Asparagus, ends trimmed
  • Basil leaves, chopped
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Parmesan-Reggiano cheese, shredded
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange trimmed asparagus on a baking try and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Toss with salt and pepper and sprinkle basil leaves on top. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Top with parmesan-reggiano
