Made this for me and hubbs after an afternoon nap. I love weekends.
- Asparagus, ends trimmed
- Basil leaves, chopped
- Balsamic vinegar
- Parmesan-Reggiano cheese, shredded
- Olive oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange trimmed asparagus on a baking try and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Toss with salt and pepper and sprinkle basil leaves on top. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Top with parmesan-reggiano
